We know many of you outside the U.S. would love to shop Ginkgo House, and we really appreciate your interest! If we decide to offer international shipping in the future, we will be sure to make an announcement through our website, newsletter, and social channels.

Processing and shipping times vary by product. Please refer to the individual product listing for the most up-to-date production or processing timelines.

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.

Some of our products, like our Woven Throws, are made-to-order and may take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

We are unable to replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to have it resent.

Sometimes tracking can take a little while to update, especially for our made-to-order items, which can take longer to process.

If your tracking hasn't updated after a week and you believe your package may be lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@ginkgohouse.co with your order number and we'll be happy to look into it.

Occasionally, carriers may prematurely mark packages as delivered or leave them in an unexpected location. Please first check around your property, with other members of your household, neighbors, or your building's front desk/mailroom, if applicable.

Please note that packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement. Missing package situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, any items marked "sold out" will be restocked. We always announce restocks through our website, emails, and social channels.

All of Josey's Disney Art pieces are produced, sold, and managed exclusively by Disney. Neither Ginkgo House nor Josey Tsao has access to inventory or availability information. So if you're looking for a particular piece, we recommend checking directly with a Disney Cast Member in-store.
